I'm Stefano Ferrier, an Italian wedding photographer with over 14 years of experience capturing real, unfiltered moments of love.

My journey into photography began in Milan, where I was born and raised.

I formally studied at the Italian Institute of Photography, a turning point that not only gave me strong technical training but also helped shape my understanding of photography as a deeper form of expression.

Since 2010, I’ve worked professionally in wedding photography, documenting hundreds of weddings across Italy and Ireland.

I now divide my time between these two beautiful countries, working with couples from all over the world.

On average, I photograph 25–30 weddings per year, ranging from intimate elopements in the Irish countryside to grand celebrations in historic Italian villas.

Before fully dedicating myself to weddings, I explored other areas of visual storytelling, portraiture, street photography, and documentary work, which all continue to influence my approach today.

While my main focus is weddings, I remain deeply interested in photo essays and personal projects that allow me to explore themes of identity, emotion, and human connection.

Outside of photography, I’ve always had a strong connection to the arts.
I’m a self-taught pianist and have spent years studying classical and contemporary music.
This musical background has shaped the way I see rhythm, composition, and emotion, skills that translate intuitively into how I frame a scene and anticipate a moment.

My photography isn’t just shaped by formal education or technique, but also by life itself, growing up in Milan, traveling widely, raising a child, and witnessing love in many forms.

Each experience has sharpened my sensitivity to those subtle, unscripted interactions that make each wedding story personal and unique.
