The founder, Mariliana Arvelo, is New York City-based photographer. Born and raised in Venezuela, Mariliana became passionate about photography when her father gave her a camera at an early age. After 15 years of focusing on commercial work and fine arts, she fell in love with family photography. Mariliana’s family shoots are thoughtfully planned out to encourage her subjects to feel comfortable, use their imagination, and interact in a natural way while she documents everything with a keen editorial eye.
