HELLO,

I'm Lucille Lawrence, a photographer and artist living in Oakland, California. I consider my wedding photography to be somewhere between documentary and high fashion. I adore capturing the candids and in between moments, flowing through a wedding as a quiet observer but also jump at the opportunity to stage ridiculous moments and dramatic formals. My first love was theatre and I always see weddings as a production unfolding; there are the backstage moments, the lead actors, the lights, the props, and all the spontaneity and beauty of a live performance.
